Cabarrus County Schools will cap enrollment at W.R. Odell Primary and Odell Elementary starting April 1. The schools are running at over 140% capacity — Odell Primary has 1,044 students in a building designed for 734. New grade 1–5 enrollees north of Hwy 73 will be redirected to Carl A.
